Refund & Return Policy

Handmade Products — No Return or Exchange Policy

All products sold by YOME Craft are handmade. Due to the nature of handcrafted goods, each item is unique and may exhibit slight variations in color, texture, finish, or dimensions compared to product images. These characteristics are inherent to handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Due to the nature of handmade crafts and natural materials, slight variations in color and texture are expected and do not qualify as quality defects. All items are made-to-order and non-refundable. For unauthorized or forced returns, a restocking fee, original/return shipping, and custom duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Minor imperfections, irregularities, and variations resulting from the handmaking process are expected and are part of the product's character.
  • Such variations are disclosed on the respective product pages and do not qualify as grounds for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Refused Shipments

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. YOME Craft does not collect or prepay these fees on your behalf.

Customs duties and taxes may be payable upon delivery by the courier service. Any losses incurred due to a refusal to pay these charges shall be borne by the customer.

As items are handmade and produced upon order—and due to limited inventory—returns are generally not accepted. Should a return be insisted upon, the customer shall be responsible for all restocking fees, shipping costs, and applicable taxes.

If a return is approved, or if a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes, please note:

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees that were paid on your behalf will be deducted from your refund.
  • Any return shipping costs, storage fees, or other charges incurred during the return process will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and confirm they are in their original condition.
  • YOME Craft is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
