Customs Duties & Import Taxes
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), GST, or other fees charged by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are determined by local regulations and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient (buyer).
Please be aware of the following before placing your order:
- YOME Craft does not collect or prepay customs duties or import taxes.
- We are unable to predict the exact amount of duties or taxes that may apply to your order.
- If you are unsure about the applicable fees in your country, please contact your local customs office before ordering.
- Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed. In such cases, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–25 business days
Please note that these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Packages
YOME Craft is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to customs processing, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.
