1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on the YOME Craft website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Products

All products sold by YOME Craft are handmade. Each item is unique and may vary slightly in color, size, texture, or finish from the product images shown on our website. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted goods and are disclosed on individual product pages.

Due to the nature of handmade crafts and natural materials, slight variations in color and texture are expected and do not qualify as quality defects.

All items are made-to-order and non-refundable. For unauthorized or forced returns, a restocking fee, original/return shipping, and custom duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the product descriptions, including any noted handmade variations and imperfections, and that such characteristics do not constitute grounds for return or dispute.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • All prices are listed in USD. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

4. Production & Shipping

  • All items are made to order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before dispatch.
  • Estimated shipping times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
  • YOME Craft is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. YOME Craft does not collect or prepay these fees. Refusal to pay such charges may result in the package being returned or destroyed, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Duties & taxes may be collected at delivery. If the customer refuses the package due to duties, any associated losses (including return shipping and destroyed fees) will be deducted from the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged due to shipping or is materially different from what was described. Please refer to our full Refund & Return Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of YOME Craft and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
